Become Dreamler’s New Sales Director

Dreamler is based on a belief on that we need re-think how we get things done. To realize big ideas we need to become much more efficient with resources and do things with a great and shared purpose. Information technology can enable this. We are, therefore, developing a game-like collaborative tool for efficient project realization that enables a higher degree of self-organization for teams and individuals. Dreamler gets people and resources together on one interactive visual map to find out the best way forward, everyday.
Our team of 10 people has experience from organisational development, start-ups, software and game production. Today we are based in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Zurich and we are now hiring a full-time Sales Director to our office in Gothenburg.
For the sales director position we are looking for a person with 5-10 years experience and a successful track record in both value-based sales of consulting services and software sales. You will start with hands-on B2B sales, as part of our four people strong sales, marketing and growth team. Later on you will help us recruit and manage sales people and business development, both in Sweden and internationally. Excellent English and Swedish language skills are required. It is important to us that you are inspired by being a part of our start-up journey with lots of changes, opportunities and hard work.
